As Project Manager at the Transformer Components unit, you will be part of the project management team together with ten colleagues. How You'll Make an Impact • Lead various projects within the organization, ranging from R&D and cost-reduction activities to supplier classification and production capacity increases. • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure technical, safety, quality, and financial targets are met. • Plan and track timelines and critical deadlines to ensure delivery of agreed project scope on time. • Coordinate and motivate project teams with members from engineering, supply chain, quality, sales, and production. • Responsible for project implementation, ensuring best practices in cost control, resource efficiency, and risk management. • Contribute to building our Project Management Office by helping define a common working approach. Your Background • A structured, open-minded, and communicative leader. • Required project management experience, with additional leadership experience preferred. • Technical interest and a university degree; engineering or technical degrees are advantageous. • A curious professional who challenges yourself and the organization for continuous development. • Enjoys collaboration and wants to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment. • Fluent in English and Swedish, necessary for working in global and local contexts.
