Project Management Consultant - HVDC We are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading international customer in the energy and power industry. The role is based in Ludvika and focuses on commissioning activities in HVDC projects, with responsibility for planning, preparation, and follow-up in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. The assignment is suitable for those who thrive in a coordinating and analytical role, have strong project management skills, and enjoy an international environment where structure, quality, and communication are central. Responsibilities: • Oversee and follow up on resource planning for commissioning activities in HVDC projects. • Ensure and verify site startup preparations. • Identify and manage risks associated with commissioning implementation. • Monitor project performance and support global team mobilization. • Coordinate and communicate commissioning plans and expectations with relevant stakeholders. • Responsible for reporting project status regarding progress, cost, schedule, and staffing according to internal and external requirements. Qualifications Must-have requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in project management, resource planning, and scheduling. • Good understanding of business processes and quality standards. • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written. • English CV required. Preferred: • Experience from energy, power, or industrial projects. • Experience working in international teams and complex project environments. • Technical interest or background in electrical power, automation, or similar field. Terms Start: November 10, 2025 Length: Until May 31, 2026, with possibility of extension Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week Location: Ludvika, on-site This is a consulting assignment.
