Program Manager - Implementation of Large Digital Business System

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for the rollout of a comprehensive digital business system within a large public organization. The assignment involves leading, planning, and coordinating the implementation of the new solution across multiple receiving units, in close collaboration with technical teams, business representatives, and management. The role is central to one of the organization's largest change initiatives, with the goal of creating a modern, integrated system landscape that streamlines operations and supports long-term development. Key Responsibilities - Plan and lead rollout activities for the new business system. - Map conditions and needs of receiving organizations. - Drive change management and support business transformation. - Ensure effective communication, training, and support before and during the transition. - Collaborate with technical teams and management organizations to ensure stable implementation. - Manage coexistence periods and ensure handover to management. - Report to program management and maintain close dialogue with the program director. Qualifications - Multiple years of experience as a program or project manager for large IT rollouts or digital transformation projects. - Good understanding of complex IT landscapes and system integrations. - Experience working in large public or private organizations with multiple stakeholders. - Excellent leadership and collaboration skills. - Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. - Ability to see the big picture and balance business, technology, and communication.
