Program Manager Role Description We are seeking an experienced Program Manager who can drive complex IT programs at a fast pace, with many dependencies and clear delivery requirements. You will be responsible for the overall structure, planning, and prioritization, as well as follow-up, risk management, and decision-making support at the management level. This role is suitable for someone who is strategic in thought, operational in execution, and confident in leading through others in a fast-paced environment where many things happen simultaneously. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate complex IT programs with multiple parallel projects and tight deadlines. • Ensure a clear vision, priorities, and governance for the program, and create consensus around deliveries. • Plan, monitor, and report on status, risks, dependencies, and resource situations to management and steering groups. • Lead steering group meetings, prepare decision-making materials, and drive decisions to implementation. • Drive change initiatives related to the program, including impacts on processes, working methods, and organization. • Build and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business and IT. • Ensure effective communication within the program and towards the organization. • Support project managers within the program with structure, prioritization, and trade-offs in conflicts and dependencies. Requirements • Several years of experience as a Program Manager responsible for complex IT programs. • Documented experience in leading multiple parallel projects with many dependencies and tight timelines. • Experience working closely with and reporting to management and steering groups. • Experience in change management and stakeholder management at a strategic level. • Excellent ability to communicate, create clarity, and take initiative even under high pressure. • Structured and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to prioritize and make decisions. • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Desirable • Experience from larger digitization or transformation programs. • Experience in program and portfolio management in larger organizations. • Certifications in project and program management (e.g., PMP, MSP, IPMA, or equivalent). • Experience working in or alongside both IT organizations and business units.
