About this role

Your New Role We are seeking a Program Manager for our client in digital healthcare! As a Program Manager, you will be the hub of a complex, multifaceted program with several parallel projects, where strategy meets reality. You will coordinate, prioritize, and lead the work towards a common goal: creating modern, efficient, and patient-safe care through digital innovation. Your Primary Responsibilities: • Governance and Follow-up: You will ensure structure, transparency, and progress. The project model is followed, milestones and risks are under control, and you maintain the pace towards the program's goals. • Resource Management: You will coordinate resources and competencies in the best possible way – with overview, intuition, and clear communication. • Administration and Documentation: You will ensure that documentation, minutes, and status reports are of high quality and in the right place at the right time. • Finance: You will follow up budgets, monitor costs, and handle invoices with precision. • Communication and Collaboration: You will build bridges – internally and externally. You will lead steering group meetings, prepare decision-making documentation, and ensure everyone is moving in the same direction. The program you will lead encompasses the implementation of a modern healthcare information system over a period of 3-5 years. It consists of eight projects and support functions and structures that together create the future digital healthcare environment. You will work closely with both the client (the region) and internal teams – with shared objectives, commitment, and responsibility. To Be Successful in This Role, You Need: • Many years of experience in project management and program leadership. • Project and program management in healthcare, preferably with digital tools or healthcare information systems such as Cosmic, Take Care, or Millennium. • Experience implementing healthcare information support or other digital tools in similar assignments. • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Good understanding of healthcare organization, processes, and workflows. • Meriting: Knowledge of governance models and digital collaboration tools. • Meriting: Familiarity with digital collaboration tools like Teams, Planner, Jira, and/or SharePoint. Who Are You? We are seeking someone who thrives in a role where structure and communication go hand in hand. You have a natural ability to create order and overview – ensuring documentation, version management, meeting minutes, and status reports are of high quality and easily accessible to all involved. You easily translate strategies into concrete action plans and drive them to results. With an analytical and structured approach, you coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure goals are reached efficiently. As a person, you are collaboration-oriented and have a genuine ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders. You communicate clearly and pedagogically, able to explain complex issues in a simple and engaging manner. Through your way of working, you contribute to learning, understanding, and progress within the organization. Employment Details: • Scope: Full-time, 100% • Employment Type: Temporary consultant position via JobBusters • Work Model: Partially remote • Location: Linköping or Stockholm office • Start: By agreement • End: 2026-12-31, with possibility of extension • Application Deadline: 2025-11-18 • Benefits: Collective agreement, Health and wellness allowance, Benifex, etc. Important to Know!
