Program Manager for Aerospace Systems

Your Role We are currently seeking a Program Manager for one of our business teams within BU Aerospace Systems. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for continuous monitoring and goal management related to our operations and delivery. You are a key player in the interface with the customer, who expects prompt and accurate feedback, both in daily operations and current commitments. The Program Manager role within our Aerospace Systems business includes, among other things: * Ensuring that commitments to each business are kept updated and communicated within Aerospace Systems. * Ensuring that final delivery to the customer is fulfilled. * Responsible for reporting and coordination with the customer and the coordination of customer data relevant to the business. Specific tasks for the position include, among others: * Translating commitments into goals linked to the business and monitoring the program's objectives, current key performance indicators, and reporting continuously to the business manager. * Participating in the business team. * Conducting scenario analyses and program changes. * Participating in analyses of new business opportunities. * Together with planning managers and main planning, assessing and approving requirements for changes in the customer's delivery schedule, considering production plans. Your Profile As a Program Manager, we believe you have a technical post-secondary education or other relevant work experience. You possess the ability and experience to collaborate at both strategic and operational levels across different organizational levels, both internally and externally. You have strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English. To be successful in this role, we see that you have a structured working method and plan and organize your work effectively. As a Program Manager, you will have a leading role in a business team and are expected to drive your issues forward independently. You are a team player and are receptive to others in collaborative situations. We also see that you have the ability to set requirements and follow up on goals clearly. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection.
