Program Manager, Business Development

Are you ready to be a key player in shaping and establishing a local platform that drives global growth? Our focus is on strengthening established small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Helsingborg. We are seeking a Business Development Program Manager with strong strategic and operational capabilities to lead and develop our business support efforts targeted at established SMEs with 5 to 50 employees. The role involves designing, implementing, and following up on business development programs in collaboration with external partners, with a focus on methodology, quality, and results for participating companies. You will ensure that initiatives provide measurable benefits and that each company receives a clear growth plan with milestones across key areas of need. The assignment includes analyzing business needs, identifying growth barriers, and creating concrete action plans, facilitating learning and implementation through programs and coaching, and systematically documenting effects. The role requires documented experience in business development for established SMEs, including strategy, sales, internationalization, or capital readiness. You will create value by combining pedagogical approaches, practical coaching, and structured follow-up that leads to genuine growth for the companies.
