**About the Job**
We are currently seeking a Program Administrator for our office in Rissne. The role involves qualified administrative work focused on supporting the unit's case officers with quality assurance, internal governance and control, as well as financial administration related to aid initiatives that Sida implements through external partners. You will also monitor the unit's ongoing costs and assist with other administrative tasks related to the unit's internal work. The role requires close collaboration within the unit, where you are expected to contribute to cross-unit cooperation. You will also collaborate with colleagues in other departments and across Sida as a whole. Additionally, you will participate in Sida's global network for administrators for shared learning and exchanges with other administrators working in the same function worldwide.
**Responsibilities**
Main tasks include:
(Some minor differences may occur depending on the unit you work in.)
- Ongoing financial administration such as reviewing payments to partners and managing invoices.
- Assist the unit manager with financial monitoring of both the aid budget and the budget for internal costs.
- Support case officers in managing aid initiatives in Sida's various IT systems (e.g., initiative management systems and documents, financial and invoicing systems).
- Assist case officers during procurements and orders from framework agreements.
- Together with the controller, ensure the quality of decisions regarding support to partners.
- Participate in department-wide work on internal governance and control.
- Support internal and external communication, including managing incoming emails from the public and administering the unit's/department's collaboration space on Sida's intranet.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees in the unit/department, e.g., handling IT issues, as well as general administrative and coordinating tasks.
- Support in planning and organizing planning days and seminars.
- Write minutes from meetings and perform archiving.
- Assist the unit manager with tasks related to personnel administration and contribute to other administrative and coordinating tasks that may arise in the unit/department.

**Qualifications**
**Education**
- High school diploma, preferably in a relevant field, such as administration and/or economics or equivalent.
**Language**
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
**Work Experience and Skills**
- Good documented experience of independent administrative work.
- Good documented practical experience in accounting and/or financial monitoring.
- Good documented practical experience with financial, accounting, electronic invoicing, and document and case management systems.
- Good experience with digital work tools and systems such as Outlook and the Office suite (including Excel). Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

**Good to Know**
The position is a permanent employment with a start date in April 2026. A probationary period applies.
