Program Quality Manager Underwater Systems

Your Role As Program Quality Manager, you will have overall responsibility for quality assurance of some of our contracts. Together with other functions in the company, you will ensure that implementation and deliveries occur on time, with the right quality and cost. This is a role that requires understanding of project implementation throughout its entire lifecycle. You will interact with all parts of the business unit and other organizational contacts, as well as customer contacts, both nationally and internationally. Main Responsibilities: * Act as our contact person for customer quality representatives * Ensure our deliveries meet customer requirements * Commercially ensure the quality of our deliveries * Approve or, if necessary, reject delivery to the customer * Develop quality plans * Collaborate with quality functions/roles in projects * Participate in contract and design reviews * Conduct Lessons Learned and process mapping * Implementation of corrective and preventive actions In addition to the above tasks, the role may also include: * Plan and conduct quality audits * Set requirements and support improvement work Our business encompasses both new development and production and maintenance. In this role, you will also contribute to tender work and provide support and experience in calculation and contract design. Travel within and outside Sweden is part of the work. Location is Linköping. Your Profile We are seeking someone with a strong interest in leading and developing the business with the goal of meeting both customer and company expectations. You have the following competencies/experience: * Civil/Technical college degree or equivalent knowledge and competence * Business/quality systems and standards * Quality assurance and improvement work, preferably audit experience * Ability to translate requirements into activities * Work in complex programs and/or projects in an international environment * Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Please note that we work with continuous selection, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
