We are seeking a new team member to strengthen our team at Halmstad Plaza.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility and work independently, always delivering service with a positive and energetic attitude. You are confident, safety-conscious, and enjoy working at a high pace. We work for our guests' well-being beyond boundaries, and it should be self-evident for you to help where needed. We have a restaurant with approximately 150 seats, an event area with around 300 seats, and outdoor seating during summer months, a lobby bar on the ground floor, and a Skybar on the ninth floor with a view over all of Halmstad.
Job Responsibilities
As a chef in our kitchen, you will work at a high tempo to deliver food to multiple departments. You will work both in service and preparing ingredients for service.
You have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail. Furthermore, you are flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks to work as efficiently as possible. You maintain order and cleanliness and follow all cleaning routines in a kitchen. You will also do dishes during your shift.
You are stress-resistant and work well in a team, while also taking personal responsibility and being relatively self-sufficient when required. You never work alone but always in a team with chefs and head chefs.
Qualifications
You have experience and/or education in the industry, preferably with previous kitchen experience. You speak fluent Swedish and English.
