Your Role As a Product Coordinator, you'll be a key person in our work of quality assuring and connecting products to the deposit system. You'll support our customers such as breweries, producers, and importers in becoming part of the deposit system. The role combines customer contact, administration, and technical understanding in an exciting and varied workday. As a Product Coordinator, you'll be part of a dedicated team where collaboration, quality awareness, and service spirit are at the center. The work will take place at our offices in Norrköping. Main Responsibilities: - Receive and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email - Provide advice and support to producers, importers, and other stakeholders - Conduct product controls and tests together with colleagues in lab and production - Perform administration and registration in our internal systems - Collaborate with both internal functions and external contacts within the deposit system - Substitute colleagues in quality technology when needed, e.g., during production sampling The position is a fixed-term employment until 2026, with potential possibility of permanent employment thereafter. About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact points and varied tasks. You are service-oriented, structured, and precise – but also flexible, curious, and accustomed to taking own initiatives. You have an eye for detail and enjoy solving problems in a workday where the pace can vary. We believe you have an education in chemistry or technology, at least at high school level. Furthermore, you have either a relevant post-secondary education or experience from technical customer support, lab, or quality/environmental work in the industry. You are familiar with administrative tasks in various systems, master Swedish and English well both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of the Office package.
