Your New Job We are now seeking a Product Quality Engineer for a fixed-term assignment starting as soon as possible, until August 31, 2026. As a Product Quality Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring that our products meet the high-quality standards we set. You will continuously analyze product and company data to identify trends and root causes of problems. Through root cause analyses, you will identify quality issues and drive improvement efforts in both production and supplier stages. The role also includes compiling technical reports. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments and have regular contact with suppliers to investigate and address discrepancies. You should therefore enjoy working in teams and be driven by achieving common goals. Travel is a natural part of the position, and you will also have meetings with technicians and production investigators to gather relevant information. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a technical college degree or equivalent work experience in the manufacturing industry. You have excellent Excel skills, and experience with data analysis and root cause analyses is meritorious. Experience writing technical reports and working with business systems is also advantageous. To thrive in the role, you should have a strong interest and commitment to quality issues and enjoy analyzing trends and statistics. You quickly see logic and connections in complex information, which helps you draw well-founded conclusions. You are a collaborative person who communicates easily and works with others to achieve common goals, both internally and externally, and are structured in your work. A B driver's license is required, as are good Swedish language skills. Since much documentation is also in English, you are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. What Do We Offer?
