Are you an experienced coordinator with strong administrative skills? Symposion, a well-established beverage company in the spirits industry, is now seeking a Product Coordinator who will serve as the coordinating link between suppliers and Systembolaget.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Symposion is a family business that imports whisky and rum from small and large producers around the world. Their philosophy is based on five fundamental pillars: taste, passion, quality, knowledge, and diversity, which is reflected in their corporate culture. As a Product Coordinator, you will be part of Symposion's product team and work independently. Your daily tasks will include close contact with producers to collect and consolidate product information, as well as administrative work with Systembolaget.

We Offer

WORK TASKS
Your responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for collecting and updating product information from producers
* Communication with Systembolaget and Symposion's product warehouse
* Administration of product samples and marketing materials
* Updating website/product sheets
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have previous experience in administration and coordination in a similar role, preferably as a product assistant
- Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable with English, as both languages are used daily
- Have excellent communication skills in Swedish
- Are computer-savvy with good experience in the Office suite and can quickly learn new systems
