Our customers are primarily in the process industry, OEM and manufacturing industry, as well as water and energy utilities.” About the Role of Product Coordinator As a Product Coordinator at Axel Larsson, you will support the product manager, sales organization, and purchasing in the work of developing, administering, and maintaining the company’s product portfolio. The role offers you excellent opportunities for development, and you will become an important link between suppliers, internal departments, and customers. A significant part of the work also involves updating and quality-assuring product information in the business system, website, and internal tools. Additionally, you will collect technical documentation, certificates, and images from suppliers. You will create and maintain item data, price lists, and product texts, as well as ensure accurate product information in Axel Larsson's marketing materials. Your main responsibilities: • Support the product manager, sales organization, and purchasing in the work of developing, administering, and maintaining the company’s product portfolio. • Update and quality-assure product information in the business system, website, and internal tools. • Collect technical documentation, certificates, and images from suppliers. About You We are looking for someone with a technical background, such as a mechanic, technical high school, automation, electrical engineering, or control systems. In addition, you have good experience in administrative work, for example related to item and price administration. You are proficient in using computers and work comfortably with the Office suite. Furthermore, you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A valid driver’s license (B) is required for the role. As a person, you have a natural ability to collaborate and thrive in a role with many points of contact. You easily build trust and create good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
