About the position
As the Production Technology Manager, you will lead technical projects and drive improvement initiatives with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and quality. You will be a strategic partner to operations while also being operationally present in daily work. You will build and develop a technical team of ten employees who will together create the production environment of the future.
• Lead and develop technical projects within production and post-processing
• Ensure that processes, work environment, and results meet the highest standards
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement efforts
• Contribute to strategic decisions within production and technology
• Coach and develop the team in line with our values: Together, Commitment, and Sustainability
About you
You are a technically skilled leader with the ability to see the big picture while also understanding the details. With an analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach, you find it easy to create structure in complex environments. Most importantly, you are a present and engaged person who believes in the power of collaboration and development.
We are looking for someone who has:
• A technical education or equivalent experience in industry, production, or processes
• Experience in driving projects and improvement work
• A good understanding of process industry and technical systems
• Leadership experience and a genuine interest in people
• The ability to communicate clearly in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have:
• Experience in change management within industrial operations
• Documented success in building and developing technical teams

About Arctic Paper
Arctic Paper Grycksbo is one of three paper mills that are part of ARCTIC PAPER S.A and has approximately 340 employees. In Grycksbo, coated wood-free paper is produced for quality-conscious customers such as printers, book publishers, newspaper publishers, advertising agencies, paper distributors, and packaging companies. The other mills are located in Munkedal, Sweden, and Kostrzyn, Poland. The group as a whole produces both coated and uncoated wood-free paper. The product portfolio includes well-known brands such as Amber, Arctic, G-Print, and Munken. The production capacity for the three mills is approximately 700,000 tons of paper per year.
