Production Technology Manager, Arta Plast AB

Are you an experienced leader with a technical background who wants to help develop a modern production environment? As Production Technology Manager at ArtaPlast, you will have a key role in leading the Production Technology department. Here, you will be responsible for driving the department forward, developing work methods, and creating the best conditions for efficient and sustainable production. About the Role You will lead the Production Technology department with full personnel responsibility for 6 employees. The department consists of employees in automation and tooling. The department has a central function in the company and works to ensure operation and optimization of production equipment, including automation solutions and injection molding machines. You will drive improvement and development projects within your area. Plan the daily work for your own department in close collaboration with other departments within technology and production. You will also have broad internal and external partner contact surfaces. You report to the Factory Manager, and the work location is Tyresö. Job Responsibilities Your main areas of responsibility as Production Technology Manager: - Ensure operation of the company's production equipment. - Be responsible for tooling and optimization of automation equipment and injection molding machines. - Together with other technology departments and production planning, minimize downtime and secure production. - Drive and participate in development and improvement projects within your area of responsibility. - Actively work to promote energy-saving measures for the entire company. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has/is: - Documented experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams. - Technical education and/or at least 5 years of experience in process industry with high demands, such as injection molding, automation, or similar manufacturing industry. - Good English skills in both speech and writing. - German language skills are meritorious.
