Job Responsibilities
As a production technician, you'll be a central part of developing and optimizing production. You'll work closely with operators and management, involved in everything from machine investments to efficiency improvements of existing processes.
Primary responsibilities will include:
• Optimizing and developing processes for milling (3-, 4- and 5-axis), turning, and automation
• Creating and standardizing CAM programs, tool libraries, fixtures, and setup sheets
• Participating in machine and automation investments – from requirements specification to implementation
• Supporting new part introductions and ensuring stable processes from the start
• Simplifying and improving measurement processes through fixtures, routines, and training
• Supporting and training operators in CAM/CAD and measurement techniques
• Participating in customer dialogues about manufacturing methods and technical solutions
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has experience as a production technician in workshop or machining environments. Potentially a current experienced, self-driven operator.
• Has strong knowledge of CNC programming and production technology
• Preferred experience in:
• Automation knowledge
• CMM measurement techniques
• ERP systems, preferably Monitor G5
• Experience with CAM programming (preferably E-SPRIT) and CAD (SolidWorks)
