Your Responsibilities • Create designs and production documentation that meet customer needs • Develop products and fixtures in SolidWorks • Troubleshoot and analyze production problems to find long-term solutions • Identify and implement improvements in production • Work in the Monitor G5 business system and PDM systems • Collaborate closely with production and ensure optimal flow between each step We're Looking for Someone Who • Has experience in manufacturing industry and good machine understanding • Is comfortable with CAD/3D, preferably SolidWorks • Can analyze, troubleshoot, and drive improvement projects • Has experience with fixture manufacturing and contract manufacturing • Has knowledge of robot welding and press brake work (meritorious) • Has experience with business systems, preferably Monitor G5, and PDM programs You are solution-oriented, self-driven, and flexible, and thrive in an environment where pace, precision, and quality are important.
