**Production Technician Home Assembly, Mechanics**
**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As a Production Technician for Home Assembly, Mechanics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of the assembly process.
**Your main responsibilities include:**
* **Project Meetings:** Participate in project meetings to represent the assembly team, discuss assembly documentation, and ensure that all technical aspects are considered in the assembly planning.
* **Assembly Preparation:** Develop and optimize assembly sequences to ensure efficiency and cost control, while minimizing lead times in Gas Turbine projects.
* **Technical Documentation:** Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure correct installation and assembly of mechanical systems and components.
* **Problem Solving:** Identify and address technical issues that may arise during assembly, as well as suggest and implement improvements to optimize workflow.
* **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, such as design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure that all aspects of the project align with the company's goals and customer requirements.
* **Training and Support:** Provide technical guidance and support to assemblers and other team members to ensure that everyone has the information and tools needed to perform their work effectively.
* **Tool and Material Management:** Ensure that the right tools and materials are available for assembly work and that they are used efficiently and safely.
**What You Bring**
* You have a technical education at the university level, vocational training, or equivalent work experience.
* A background in production technology is advantageous.
* You possess knowledge of reading technical drawings.
* Experience in mechanical assembly.
* You are proactive and can work independently.
* You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
* You have good knowledge of SAP, which is a plus.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, TC NX, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
