About the Client Company
Would you like to make a difference in an industrial environment where collaboration, problem-solving, and structure are key to everything running smoothly? We are now seeking a resource for our client in Örnsköldsvik, an important role where you support the production manager both practically and administratively in daily work.
Your Responsibilities
As a resource to the production manager, you'll have a varied workday, participating in morning meetings, improvement meetings, and weekly meetings, ensuring production runs smoothly. You'll help distribute work tasks, monitor attendance, and make sure orders are processed on time.
When issues arise, such as mislabeling, machine breakdowns, or structural changes, you'll be the one to step in and solve them. You'll contact the right people, collaborate with design to find smart solutions, and provide technical support to other parts of the organization. You'll also be involved in safety work, monitoring risks and ensuring that reviews and improvement meetings take place.
Your Profile
We believe you are someone who likes to stay on top of things and take responsibility. You have experience with production-related issues, are accustomed to collaboration, and can easily identify what needs to be done. You're comfortable both leading meetings and handling practical challenges.
To succeed in the role, we prefer that you have:
- High school workshop education or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of welding, forming, and machining

Additional Information
The position spans at least one year, with a good chance of permanent employment with the company.
