Production Advisor to Gotland Växa is a leading knowledge company for farmers in milk, meat production, and crop cultivation. Together, we make a difference for our customers and members, and it shows! As a production advisor, you will actively work on developing agricultural businesses with milk and meat production. Our mission is to provide advisory services in feed, production economics, animal welfare, and management. You will also be part of our Sustainability team. Key responsibilities include: • Primarily advising customers, especially at milk farms • Active development and support for customers in areas such as feeding, feed planning, production economics, logistics, pasture, milk quality, technology, and animal welfare • Working with our sustainability team to shape the future of sustainable agriculture • Proposing measures to reduce farm climate impact through our Arla agreement • Holding courses for farmers • Participating in development projects • Working with Greppa Näringen and other contracted assignments from entities like the County Administrative Board Together with Växa Sweden's personnel, including livestock technicians, breeding advisors, animal health veterinarians, business advisors, and crop cultivation advisors, we form teams around our customers to develop their businesses. We're looking for candidates who: • Hold a degree in Agricultural Science, Animal Husbandry, or equivalent academic education • Have excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written) • Possess a B driver's license We place great importance on personal drive and seek individuals with significant engagement and ability to connect with people. You'll have a local team for support, but we expect you to take initiative, have an organizational mindset, and work independently. The work is highly autonomous, involving active planning of customer visits. Ideal candidates are open, attentive, with a clear business and customer focus. You should easily create good relationships and enjoy teamwork.
