Together with Växa Sweden's other staff, such as livestock technicians, breeding advisors, animal health veterinarians, business advisors, and building and crop advisors, we form teams around our customers to develop their businesses. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone who: - Is a Farm Manager, Animal Agronomist, or has equivalent academic qualifications. - Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Holds a B driver's license. It is an additional plus if you have: - Practical experience in agriculture. - Worked as an advisor and/or salesperson in the industry. - Knowledge in business economics and/or roughage production. We place great importance on your personal drive and seek individuals with strong engagement and the ability to connect with people. You will have a local team to rely on, but we expect you to take your own initiatives, have a sense of order, and be able to work independently. The work is highly independent, where you actively plan your customer visits. As a person, you are open and receptive with a clear business and customer focus. You easily build good relationships and enjoy collaborating in a team. **We Offer** At Växa, you will receive development, good benefits, and engaged colleagues, as well as an exciting role with varied tasks.
