Production Project Manager - Lead Projects from Order to Delivery at the Cutting Edge of Technology As a project manager at Syntronic, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for exciting customer assignments spanning both development and production. You will become a key person in driving projects forward and leading the team towards shared goals - all the way to a finished product or service we can be proud of. Our production company, Syntronic Production Services, is growing and is now seeking project managers who want to take full responsibility for customer projects - from order to delivery. Here, you will work closely with both customers and production, supported by production technicians, planners, purchasers, and other specialists. Your Role As a Production Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating customer projects in electronic production. You are the project's hub and responsible for: • Planning, follow-up, and delivery of projects according to time, cost, and quality • Communicating with customers and other stakeholders about project status • Leading projects in close collaboration with colleagues in technology, production, purchasing, and logistics to deliver the right quality, with precision and on time to the customer • Ensuring the project meets customer requirements, internal processes, and regulatory standards • Proactively managing changes, risks, and deviations • Contributing to sales pitches and quotation work for new projects We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has technical understanding, preferably in electronic production or similar • Is a college or civil engineering graduate, or has equivalent experience • Has project management experience in industry, production, or technology • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English • Has a strong goal focus, a communicative ability that engages both the team and our customers, and a natural structure in their work approach Syntronic offers a secure position in a dynamic and forward-looking environment.
