Production Planner - Tvärbanan Kistagrenen Branch
We are now seeking a Production Planner for one of the Stockholm region's most significant infrastructure projects – the Tvärbanan Kistagrenen branch. An assignment for you who wants to contribute to sustainable urban development and efficient public transportation.
About the Assignment
As a Production Planner, you will have a central role in planning and monitoring production for the new tram line between Norra Ulvsunda and Helenelund. You will support the entire program in production issues and scheduling, and provide advisory services to project managers and other program members through all phases until completion.
Example Tasks:
- Lead the development of production schedules and assess time requirements and feasibility.
- Provide advisory support in the preparation of tender documents.
- Participate in uncertainty analyses and successive calculations.
- Analyze and assess consequences of different production choices.
- Support dialogue and follow-up of contractors' schedules.
- Collaborate with schedulers for production monitoring.
- Responsible for Site Layout Plans (APD plans) together with the project organization.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience in production planning for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of construction and infrastructure processes.
- Ability to analyze, structure, and coordinate schedules.
- Experience in dialogue and follow-up with contractors.
- Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
- Experience with Site Layout Planning and digital planning tools is meritorious.
About the Project
The Tvärbanan Kistagrenen branch extends between Norra Ulvsunda and Helenelund, passes through three municipalities, and includes nine new stops. The project contributes to a sustainable, accessible, and efficient public transportation solution expected to increase travel to over 150,000 trips per day when the expansion is complete.
Scope & Period
Start: December 1, 2025
End: November 23, 2026
Scope: 100% (40 hours/week)
Location: Stockholm (Rissne), with possibility of remote work by agreement
Extension Option: 3 years
