Production Planner at Skaltek

About the Position As Production Planner at Skaltek, you will have a key role in a company where technology, quality, and people go hand in hand. You will be responsible for planning and optimizing production, managing procurement from standard components to custom-made parts, and ensuring deliveries occur on time and with the right quality. The role also includes contact with suppliers, handling outgoing deliveries, and continuous work to minimize waste and maximize flow and cost-efficiency. Your Future Tasks You will have a broad and varied role where you are responsible for planning and material flow throughout production, including: • Production planning and capacity optimization • Operational purchasing of everything from standard components to special parts • Supplier monitoring and delivery reliability • Outgoing delivery planning of finished machines • Continuous improvement work to reduce costs and waste • Optimizing the use of system support, automated warehouse, and production resources We Are Looking for You with Requirements: • Experience in production planning and/or technical purchasing • Ability to work cost-consciously and drive projects toward high efficiency • Structured and solution-oriented work style • Good technical understanding and practical approach • Driving license B Meriting: • Experience from manufacturing industry or technically complex products • Experience with business/ERP systems and inventory management • Familiarity with working closely with production and design Personally, Skaltek appreciates that you are engaged, curious, and want to grow together with the company.
