About the Role As a Production Planner at Alumbra, you will become a central part of our production chain. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production to ensure we deliver with the highest quality, on time, and with the best resource utilization. The role combines planning of short series with technical expertise. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys working closely with operations and wants to contribute to both structure and improvement. You will: • Plan and follow up production based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity • Ensure material availability and machine utilization in dialogue with purchasing and production • Support production with technical understanding of manufacturing methods, machine times, and fixtures • Participate in capacity planning, resource allocation, and prioritization during changes • Contribute to improvement work for increased efficiency and delivery reliability Who Are You We are seeking someone with experience in production planning or production engineering within the manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in machining, and enjoy having a role where you can think both practically and analytically. We believe you have: • Experience in production planning or production technology in the manufacturing industry • Good understanding of machining and production flows. Knowledge of measurement technology is meritorious • Structured and meticulous work style, with the ability to prioritize and create an overview • Experience working in business systems, we use Mapaz • Good communication skills and experience collaborating with different functions • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written With us, you will work in a technically advanced environment with committed colleagues and short decision-making paths.
