Your Role
As a Production Planner with us, you'll have a key role in the production flow for parts of our Airbus and Boeing programs. You'll be responsible for production planning and work closely with the workshop manager, production manager, program manager, warehouse, operational purchasing, and other production-related support functions.
The role encompasses both operational production control and program/master planning. It's a varied and developing role with excellent opportunities to influence and improve our processes.
Example tasks:
* Program and master planning of delivery objects
* Establish and be responsible for detailed manufacturing plans
* Ensure compliance with schedules and delivery precision
* Develop recovery plans and prioritization basis
* Establish reporting routines and capacity analyses
* Be responsible for planning technical base data in ERP systems for own item responsibility
You will also contribute to business development and lean development in production, often in collaboration with other support functions. With us, you'll have the opportunity to drive change work that truly makes a difference.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree or equivalent experience in production or logistics. Previous experience in production planning or logistics work is highly meritorious.
You are analytical, structured, and responsible, with the ability to switch between a holistic perspective and details. You thrive in an environment where cooperation, communication, and improvement work are in focus.
We would like you to have:
* Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your work
* Experience with ERP or business systems (meritorious)
* Understanding of program scheduling (meritorious)
* Experience in capacity and occupancy planning, project work, and lean
* Good English skills
