We are seeking a Production Planner for a public actor in public transportation.
This is a consulting assignment.
The position is full-time.
The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires significant flexibility and cooperation skills.
Assignment
The role of Production Planner involves supporting the entire program in production matters and production planning throughout all phases until program completion. The role also functions as an advisor to project managers and other program members, reporting to respective project managers.
Work Tasks
- Lead the development of production schedules and independently assess time requirements and feasibility of various stages.
- Provide advice during the preparation of tender documents.
- Participate in uncertainty analyses/successive calculation, primarily regarding time.
- Participate in analysis and support the assessment of consequences of different production choices.
- Support project employees in dialogue with contractors and review and follow-up of contractors' schedules.
- Collaborate with schedule planners to contribute knowledge about production follow-up.
- Responsible for designing Work Site Disposition Plans (APD) together with projects.
Requirements (MANDATORY)
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- At least nine years of combined experience in leading roles within production in infrastructure/construction projects (production manager, site manager, work supervisor or equivalent). Worked on at least one major infrastructure/construction project/program with an overall project/program budget of at least 200 million SEK. Minimum four years of work experience leading and participating in production planning of construction work. Experience developing Work Site Disposition Plans (APD) from at least 5 projects, or at least 5 stages in one or more major projects. Documented concrete class 1 education.
Meritorious
- More than four years of work experience in railway/tramway projects. Work experience with complex castings involving interconnected concrete structures and stages from at least one assignment/project.
