There are excellent opportunities to influence and develop – both in your role and as a person. Your Mission As a Production Planner, you are a crucial part of the team. The role involves planning the entire manufacturing flow and ensuring the right assembly capacity and materials are in place. Daily work happens close to both assembly and our customers, and you have a key role in creating a clear and sustainable production plan. You will collaborate closely with other production departments and our suppliers, ensuring that planning holds up – from forecast to delivery. You will work in our business system (M3) converting market forecasts into machine orders, tracking capacity and material availability, and escalating deviations when needed. A good information flow between departments is crucial, and as a planner, you play an important role. Your Profile The role suits someone who enjoys planning, taking responsibility, and making things happen. A structured approach, analytical ability, and prioritization skills are important characteristics. You are accustomed to making decisions and thrive in a high-paced environment where rapid changes are part of daily life. The work involves contact with many people and therefore requires good collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset. For this role, you need several years of previous experience in planning in a similar role within production or logistics. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, and preferably have experience with business systems like M3. Technical education and knowledge of our products are meriting but not required. Location and Travel This position is based in Örebro, Sweden. Travel may occur as needed.
