We are continuing our recruitment at Metsä Tissue in Mariestad and will immediately and through the autumn continue our intake.
Metsä Tissue's vision is to establish the Future Factory in Mariestad, which will take Metsä's mill into a new era of soft paper production. With the investment of 4.2 billion Swedish crowns in Mariestad, Metsä Tissue strengthens its position in sustainable soft paper production in Sweden and Scandinavia with our strong brands Lambi, Serla, and Katrin. This investment is one of the largest in Europe and the largest within Metsä Tissue.

We are currently seeking production personnel for Metsä Tissue's Future Factory in Mariestad, where we will continue to recruit multiple engaged, quality-conscious, and result-oriented machine operators with a technical interest. As a machine operator, you will play a key role in the production process to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality products to Metsä's customers.

Start date will be by agreement, and Metsä offers a probationary employment with 5-shift work schedule.

Responsibilities
As an operator, you will work both independently and in teams, with a varying role that involves monitoring the process, analyzing problem-solving, and practical handling of the machine you are responsible for. You are responsible for ensuring that production standards and quality requirements are met through careful monitoring and adjustment of machines. You will follow the company's safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment for all employees. You will benefit from your technical interest or previous experience with similar tasks.
