About the Role
We are seeking a solution-oriented and committed individual to work as a press brake and laser operator at Volvo CE Braås. You will play a central role in the manufacturing process and contribute to ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time. This is a 6-month fixed-term employment with Adecco, with good possibilities for extension. The work is full-time and scheduled in 2-shift rotation.
Your Responsibilities
• Operate and set up press brakes and laser cutting machines.
• Work from technical drawings and ensure products are manufactured according to specifications.
• Perform quality controls and ensure details meet requirements.
• Handle materials, tools, and machine maintenance.
• Actively contribute to improving processes and production flows.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and enjoys solving technical problems and optimizing work. To succeed in the role, we also seek someone who is meticulous and quality-conscious, with an eye for detail.
Qualifications
• Technical high school education or equivalent experience.
• Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and converting them into finished products.
• Experience in production environments and industry – preferably in metal or manufacturing sectors.
• Driving license (B-class).
• Forklift certification A1-4, B1 and crane operator certification (advantageous).
• Experience with press brakes and/or laser cutting (advantageous).
