Scanditronix Magnet is a technology company that has built a strong position in the global market for development and production of electromagnets over many decades. Our magnets play a key function in areas such as scientific research and cancer treatment. The majority of our production is exported primarily to Europe and North America. Our products are customer-customized, which makes our services stimulating and varied. We work in project form and are in a highly expansive phase.
About the Positions
We are growing rapidly and are now seeking additional production personnel for our factory in Vislanda.
Our production manufactures custom-made coils, magnets, and peripheral equipment, primarily used in research and cancer treatments.
Test & Measurement
We are seeking a person with extensive knowledge of blueprint reading and experience in measuring/verifying physical dimensional measurements. Checks are performed continuously during product manufacturing to verify they are within specified tolerances. Controls are executed according to protocols using measurement tools such as surface plates, gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc. Education/experience in electrical/electronics is desirable for potential work in other test areas.
The position will be combined with other production work such as stacking, winding, etc., as the flow and workload for testing/measurement are not constant, and we apply job rotation wherever possible.
Brazing
We are seeking a person experienced in brazing, with the requirement of becoming approved and certified in our brazing methods after a certain introduction and training period.

Our production work requires craftsmanship, accuracy, structure, commitment, and efficiency, with everything performed to the highest possible quality.
In addition to knowledgeable colleagues, we have complete manufacturing documentation, templates, lifting equipment, 3D drawings, and test protocols.
Who Are You?
We believe you have experience from the manufacturing industry, working manually with your hands to effectively create high-quality products. We seek engaged, responsible, and practically-oriented individuals with high work ethics and social competence. You are meticulous and structured while being productive, flexible, and unpretentious. It is meritorious if you have forklift and/or crane operator certification, but it is not a requirement.

You should be fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and preferably have some English skills. These positions require relevant education and/or experience in the respective areas.
Due to certain restrictions in epoxy casting, it is important that you do not have asthma or other respiratory issues.

Scanditronix Magnet AB designs and manufactures coils and magnets for use in Research, MedTech, and Industry. Our customers are international research laboratories and companies active in areas such as cancer treatment.
We currently have approximately 55 employees and an export share of around 70%. We are located in Vislanda, Småland, where we have our manufacturing, assembly, testing, design/development, purchasing, and corporate management.
