Production Staff in Food Manufacturing We are now seeking a dedicated and responsible production employee on behalf of our client in food production. This is an opportunity for you who want to work in a secure organization where quality, collaboration, and development are at the forefront. About the Position You will become an important part of the production team at our client, a company in the beverage and food manufacturing sector. The work is varied and includes participating in the entire production chain – from loading and unloading bulk trucks to filtering beverages. You will also be responsible for mixing according to established recipes prior to filling, as well as other tasks related to production and logistics. The role requires attention to detail, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to contribute to an efficient and safe production environment. The working hours are organized in two shifts, and the start date is immediate. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - Is computer literate - Speaks and writes Swedish fluently - Has a good mathematical understanding - Holds a forklift license - Has a B driver's license and high school diploma Personal Attributes To thrive in this role, we believe you have a genuine technical interest and a desire to understand how production works. You are in good physical shape, as the work can be physically demanding at times, and you are driven, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility.
