About the position
As a production assembler, you will be involved in building and completing customer-specific modular solutions based on shipping containers. You will assemble, weld, and handle various tools to create robust and functional solutions according to drawings and standardized work methods. The work takes place in a smaller team where quality, safety, and efficiency are central. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to improvements in processes and working methods – and for the right person, there is a chance to support the production manager in developing production from "workshop" to "industry."
About you
You are a handy and solution-oriented person with good communication skills. You enjoy practical work, are structured, and have a holistic view of production. You live in the Gothenburg area and have the desire to contribute to order, quality, and efficiency.
Formal qualifications
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (a practical test will be conducted during the interview).
• Experience in construction, assembly, or manufacturing of larger products.
• Good tool proficiency.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
• Experience in welding (MIG/MAG/TIG) as well as sheet metal and steel work.
• Experience in machining.
• Experience in sheet metal processing.
• Carpentry.
• Experience from the welding mechanical industry or similar.
Practical information
• Location: Arendal, Gothenburg.
• Working hours: Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:00.
• Employment type: Consulting assignment through Lernia with the possibility of extension or takeover by the client.
• All work is conducted indoors in modern facilities.
