We are now seeking a production employee for our partner SimSuFoodS in Kimstad, a rapidly growing company in sustainable food production.
This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into a startup environment where ideas quickly become reality and where your commitment makes a significant difference. You will become part of a small but passionate team developing and manufacturing climate-smart products based on Swedish raw materials – food designed to work in everyday life, crisis situations, and the future.
As a production employee, you will participate in the entire process – from manufacturing to packaging and quality control. You will contribute to order, safety, and smooth production in a team where collaboration is just as important as precision. Here, we work without prestige – everyone helps where needed, regardless of the task.
Work tasks include:
• Food production and packaging
• Cleaning, organization, and maintenance of production facilities
• Handling of sacks and packaging – good physical condition required
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
• Has another occupation – such as studies or part-time work
• Is self-driven, reliable, and committed
• Has initiative and self-leadership
• Thrives in a dynamic environment
• Has at least 1 year of work experience
• Speaks Swedish or English
Meritorious qualifications:
• Experience in production or food industry
• Forklift certification
• Accustomed to physical work

SimSuFoodS is a Swedish food company with production in Kimstad outside Norrköping. The company develops and manufactures sustainable, plant-based products using Swedish raw materials. Their product range consists of dry protein bases and casserole bases with long shelf life and low climate impact – developed for everyday use, crisis situations, and future food supply. Since 2025, SimSuFoodS has been part of the Lantmännen Group.
