**Job Responsibilities**
In the role of production employee, you will work both in the factory and out in the warehouse. With a high degree of personal responsibility, you will operate both mixing and packaging machines. You will set the machine according to the type of product to be produced, monitor, and supply the machine with materials. In the warehouse, you will operate a forklift and work with loading, unloading, order picking, material replenishment to the factory, and the delivery of pallets from the factory. In the event of any operational stoppages, you will also assist in troubleshooting simple issues.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with personal responsibility and has a strong focus on quality. As order volumes can vary, you need to be able to adapt to the situation and maintain composure under high pressure while focusing on your tasks. You are a person who has a good sense of humor and enjoys varied work. Since we value personal qualities, we see that you possess a strong drive, commitment, and a willingness to learn new things. Knowledge in mechanics and technology is an advantage.
**Requirements for the Position:**
- Driver's license B
- Experience in production work/machine operation
- Forklift license for both reach truck and counterbalance forklift
- Experience in forklift operation in a warehouse, including unloading, loading, picking, and packing
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
