About the position:
As part of the team, you will work in a cleanroom environment where you will handle production equipment, chemicals, and tools. Your responsibilities will include:
• Production: Manufacturing according to process documentation and specifications, which requires accuracy and precision.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet established standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for keeping production equipment in good condition through preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Documentation: Document and report on production processes to ensure traceability and follow up on any deviations.
• Collaboration: Work together with colleagues to improve production flow and ensure that lead times are met while contributing to a positive work environment.
Throughout the process, you will receive training and support from competent mentors, enabling you to quickly become a valuable asset to the company.
Requirements for the position:
Previous experience in the process industry or as a process technician is highly meritorious, but we are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You are ready to work in a sterile environment and thrive in it.
• You can work mornings, evenings, and nights.
• You have a willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
• You can concentrate for extended periods.
• You have a clean criminal record.

Working hours:
This workplace operates on a shift basis with intermittent five-shift schedules.
You will work four out of five weeks with six-hour shifts Monday to Friday, and every fifth weekend you will work slightly longer shifts on Saturday and Sunday. In total, you will work a maximum of 30 hours per week but will be paid as if you are working full-time – providing a perfect balance between work and leisure.
