About the Position
As a production worker at our client, you will work in a part of the manufacturing chain in one of the factory departments. We are seeking personnel for assembly, warehouse/logistics, and workshop roles. You will be responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency and quality, as well as supporting the team's collective goals and contributing to a safe work environment.
Different shift forms are possible, with day shifts being most common, but 2-shift or other shift arrangements may also be applicable.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with at least a high school education, preferably with a technical orientation, and experience in industry, production, or warehouse work. You must have a B driver's license and access to your own car to reach the workplace. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can work independently and carefully, while also collaborating effectively with the team to maintain high quality and efficiency in the workflow.
Merits
It is advantageous if you have a valid forklift license and soldering experience. We value candidates who are handy and self-driven with an optimistic attitude towards both colleagues and tasks.
