What does it mean to be a production staff member at Stadium? As a production staff member, you are an important part of the chain towards achieving our overarching goal: to activate the world. The role primarily involves working in our printing facility, but tasks related to incoming and outgoing deliveries are also part of the job. A key focus in your role is to ensure that all work meets high quality standards and adheres to our guidelines so that each product is printed correctly according to customer orders. You will ensure that all goods are handled responsibly and that they comply with the lead times we have in our supply chain to maintain customer satisfaction. As a production staff member, you will work independently with your own responsibilities towards a common team goal. You will be based at our central warehouse along the E4 in Norrköping. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a completed high school education and previous work experience in production or order-based work. You have a good sense of color and form, and we prefer that you have an interest in sports, which can facilitate your role. Since Stadium's corporate language is Swedish, good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Previous work experience in logistics or in printing or embroidery of clothing is an advantage. As a person, you are responsible and appreciate order and structure. You are meticulous, have a strong work ethic, and thrive equally well in independent work as in teamwork. Furthermore, you have no issues working towards clear deadlines or goals, and you prioritize the team over individual interests, contributing to the entire department achieving its common goal.
