Production Manager About the Position At Cleverex Staffing, we are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager for one of our clients in Botkyrka. The role entails overall responsibility for production and personnel, with a focus on driving development, quality, and efficiency in a mission-critical operation. What We Offer • An exciting assignment where you will lead and develop a larger production unit • The opportunity to drive improvement initiatives and influence processes in a dynamic industry • A role where you will work closely with employees, management, and external stakeholders • A secure employment through Cleverex Staffing with a collective agreement and excellent conditions Your Responsibilities • Lead production towards set goals and key performance indicators • Be responsible for production, personnel, and work environment • Actively work with risk assessment (SBA) and ensure a safe working environment • Drive improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and efficiency • Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders • Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to long-term relationships Your Profile We are looking for someone who has: • Experience from the process industry, preferably within production, logistics, or technology • Documented experience of improvement projects, preferably with Lean elements • Experience leading larger teams and developing employees • Good financial understanding and preferably project management experience • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written As a person, you are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage others. You are structured, analytical, and self-driven, while also being solution-oriented, decisive, and curious about technical solutions.
