About the position
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and developing daily production. You will ensure that workflows operate efficiently, that quality requirements are met, and that production adheres to set timelines. The role involves supporting and coaching the team, distributing tasks, and resolving any obstacles that arise along the way.
You will actively analyze production data, monitor key performance indicators, and identify improvement opportunities that strengthen the business. Through a structured and communicative approach, you will contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and well-functioning work environment. You will play a central role in ensuring high quality and stable production delivery. This position is suitable for someone driven by responsibility, problem-solving, and continuous development.
Responsibilities
• Plan, allocate, and lead daily work within your production sections.
• Ensure that production complies with applicable quality and work environment requirements.
• Continuously coach and support employees through clear and present leadership.
• Lead improvement initiatives within production, structure, and working methods to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Drive activities to achieve the department's set goals and be responsible for financial results.
• Actively ensure that the operational system is followed up, utilized, and developed.

Qualifications
• Technical high school diploma or other technical education
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, ISO/9001, and 14001
• Competence in LEAN and Six Sigma
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
