Your Tasks As Production Manager, you will work operationally in our production facility manufacturing industrial paint. Your main responsibilities are to: • Operationally lead shift work in paint manufacturing, working across three shifts covering day, evening, and night. • Work closely with team leaders and production planners to ensure efficient workflows. • Contribute to improved collaboration between shifts and departments. • Follow up and ensure compliance with routines and workplace safety regulations. • Participate in safety rounds and drive improvement work. Important Information The position is full-time and includes rotating shifts according to a two-week schedule (two weeks day shift and two weeks evening shift). Working hours are approximately 7 AM-4 PM for day shifts and 1 PM-10 PM for evening shifts, with flexible time options. You will report to the production manager and have supervisory responsibility for production personnel. Our factory is located in Helsingborg and has approximately 35 people in shift production.
