We are now seeking a driven and engaged Production Manager for one of our clients in Norsborg. The client is a Scandinavian group with over 2,600 employees operating in the laundry and textile service industry. About the Role As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team in daily operations. You will ensure that resources are used efficiently, plan staffing, and continuously work on optimizing processes to achieve set goals. The client has high demands for quality, efficiency, and a good working environment, making your role central to the success of the operation. Your Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and motivate production staff • Responsible for resource planning and staffing • Work on improvement initiatives and process optimization • Ensure that production meets high standards for efficiency and quality • Contribute to a developmental and positive work environment Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in leadership and production.
