Production Manager for Branch - Halmstad

About the Role As Production Manager in Halmstad, you will have a key role in the daily operations of our two branch-affiliated facilities in Halmstad. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and distributing operational work in a business-oriented manner for your employees. Together with your manager, you will follow up on key performance indicators, drive improvement work, and be involved in issues related to external environment and work environment. Example of Work Tasks: • Work with skills development for all production workers • Work with systematic improvement and process optimization • Work to optimize profitability in existing flows • Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace requirements • Contribute to a safe and pleasant workplace • Ensure self-monitoring, environmental, and workplace requirements are met You will have direct personnel and work environment responsibility for approximately 10 production workers who all work with processing different types of materials. At the branch, there are also a branch manager, sales representatives, specialists, and customer service employees. The branch organization in Halmstad includes two facilities, which you will lead, located in the Sannarps industrial area and the Kistinge industrial area. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a clear and confident leader with a good ability to structure and prioritize. You have an interest in understanding our business and are driven to develop both people and the organization. You are communicative, attentive, and easily collaborate with various parties around you. Furthermore, you recognize our leadership values – honest and open, putting employees at the center, and being an attentive guide. Qualifications: • At least 5 years of relevant work experience • Experience in work leadership and personnel management • High school education or equivalent • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 • Excellent Swedish in speech and writing and good English speaking skills • Class B driver's license We consider it meritorious if you have experience in the recycling industry and experience operating machinery.
