Therefore, the role of Production Leader is both important and valued. We are now looking for a new colleague to join our production team! As a Production Leader, you will lead and participate in the development of operations with a focus on one of the areas mentioned above. You will be responsible for leading and distributing work among the inmates and ensuring that planned production goals are met. You will also be involved in customer contacts, job procurement, and preparation/planning. Additionally, you may need to step in as a production leader in other areas if the need arises. Furthermore, you will contribute to maintaining safety and ensuring compliance with safety regulations regarding machinery and other workplace safety standards. You will be involved in daily operations, demonstrating and instructing inmates in both work tasks and appropriate behavior, attitudes, and values. The position does not involve personnel responsibility, only work leadership of the inmates. **QUALIFICATIONS** We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and self-aware. You find it easy to collaborate with others and possess well-founded and clear values. In stressful situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled. You have the ability to make sound judgments and prioritize effectively. You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and adapt your communication style based on the recipient's circumstances. You should also have a physical condition that enables you to act physically if the situation requires it.
