For more information, please visit https://nordiccarton.se/ About the Role As a Production Manager, you play a central role in production where you lead a team of 22 employees across three shifts. Your mission is to create the right conditions for production to flow as efficiently, safely, and qualitatively as possible. You plan and allocate daily work, follow up on production results, and provide present support to employees. You work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that staffing, material flows, and processes function as planned. The role requires you to be solution-oriented, structured, and flexible – you need to be able to prioritize and act quickly when changes occur. As the business grows, you are also expected to contribute to shaping new working methods and implementing improvements that benefit both efficiency and the working environment. Your main responsibilities include: - Leading, planning, and distributing daily work in production - Managing and allocating resources for 22 employees - Ensuring that production is staffed and materials are in place - Monitoring key metrics, deadlines, and production efficiency - Ensuring that employees are properly trained for their tasks - Actively contributing to improvement work, process development, and quality follow-up About You To succeed in this role, we expect you to have experience in operational leadership within the manufacturing or process industry and a strong desire to contribute to delivery, development, and improvement. You have a good understanding of production flows and are used to working closely with both employees and other leaders to create an effective and positive work climate. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and action-oriented. You have a communicative and present leadership style, demonstrating engagement and building trust within the team. You are humble, collaborative, and eager to learn, while also enjoying working purposefully, both independently and in a group. In addition to this, the following is required: - Experience in production, preferably within a regulated industry with high quality standards - At least 2 years of experience as a manager or shift/team leader - Familiarity with business systems, computer skills, and experience with production documentation - Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Other Information Start: By agreement Location: Malmö Extent: Full-time Working hours: Mon-Fri daytime Salary: By agreement Background checks will be conducted on candidates who advance in the process.
