About the Role
As a production manager with us, you will plan and lead the daily production in your team. You are a role model through your way of working and will leverage the commitment and competence of your colleagues. Together, you will deliver high-quality products and drive continuous improvements.
You have overall responsibility for ensuring that safety, quality, and delivery are always in focus. You will coach and distribute work tasks, ensure that routines are followed and developed, and serve as a critical communication link between the team and the factory manager. You will introduce new personnel, conduct employee reviews, and contribute to creating a workplace where everyone feels comfortable and grows.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
• At least high school education
• Class B driver's license
• Many years of professional leadership experience, preferably in production or construction
• Experience working in production environments with a focus on safety
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
• Automated manufacturing/production
• HR-related work (e.g., employee reviews)
• Lean work and continuous improvements (5S)
• Production systems and blueprint reading
• Using English at work
