ABOUT THE ROLE Do you want to lead a team in a state-of-the-art production environment and help develop the future of material handling? We are currently seeking a driven and inspiring Production Leader who wants to take responsibility for daily operations while contributing to continuous improvements in our business. As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for material handling at our two production facilities in Åhus. You will have personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 20 qualified operators and report to our Bottling Manager. The role involves close collaboration with other production leaders, our production manager, as well as functions such as Engineering, Quality, and Planning. Your main responsibilities include: • Ensuring daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and workplace safety • Leading and developing your team – fostering skills development and creating engagement • Coordinating between different functions, including Engineering and Quality • Driving improvement and development work according to our standards, based on gemba and daily management • Acting as the overall shift manager for a few weeks each year ABOUT YOU We are looking for a humble and natural leader with experience in industrial production. You are structured, communicative, and enjoy collaborating across departmental boundaries. You see opportunities in change, like to develop processes, and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions. You are a responsible team player and a good role model who is accustomed to working on team development and can inspire others to achieve set goals together. We seek candidates who have: • At least 5 years of work experience in industrial production • Several years of leadership experience and completed leadership training • Good technical competence and knowledge of improvement work (TPM, LEAN) • Proficient in MS Office, quality management systems, and business systems • A valid driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English A humble demeanor combined with integrity and a straightforward and clear approach is essential for success in this role.
