About the role:
As a production manager at Kiwa, you will play a central role in leading and organizing the daily work within your area. You will ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality, in accordance with our requirements and guidelines. You will support unit managers and employees in achieving set goals and delivering top results. Through clear and effective communication, you will become an important link in our team between employees and management. You will maintain close dialogue with the unit manager, where you regularly discuss the team's progress and challenges. You will be a role model who acts in accordance with Kiwa's values and vision.
The role is divided where you will spend 50% of your time as a production manager for our lifting safety, and the remaining 50% will be spent in the field as a billable inspection engineer in lifting.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead and allocate work within your team to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other production managers and unit managers to create uniform and smooth work processes.
• Actively work on occupational safety issues to ensure that laws, regulations, and policies are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and support employees and ensure that the team has the right skills and tools to meet future challenges.
• Act as the point of contact for customers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met.
• Fieldwork constitutes 50% of the role.
Your workplace will be in Solna, and you will report directly to the unit manager. Travel and overnight trips may occur.

Requirements:
• Technical high school education or equivalent, preferably with a focus on construction, industry, or technology.
• At least two years of experience in leadership, with documented good results.
• Practical experience working with safety or quality requirements in an operational environment.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (B).
