Viskan Prison is a Closed Facility that Began Receiving Inmates in March 2025. The Largest Professional Group is Correctional Officers, but the Facility Also Employs Healthcare Professionals, Administrative Staff, Educators, Production Managers, and Others. Inmates are Engaged in Education, Various Treatment Programs, or Industrial Production. Viskan Prison is Most Easily Accessed by Car, with Staff Parking Available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are Currently Seeking a Production Manager/Supervisor at Viskan Prison:
• Specializing in Painting (Automotive and/or Industrial Coating)
As a Production Manager, You'll Participate in All Aspects of Inmate Employment While Focusing on Your Specialized Area. You'll Be Responsible for Guiding and Supervising Clients in Daily Operations.
The Role Involves Planning, Distributing, and Following Up on Tasks, Participating in Production, and Ensuring High-Quality Work. You'll Also Help Develop Procedures, Collaborate Closely with Other Production Managers and Professional Groups, and Play a Crucial Role in Clients' Learning, Development, and Social Skills Training.
The Position Does Not Involve Personnel Management, Only Supervision of Inmates
QUALIFICATIONS
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Work Experience in Relevant Field, Such as Automotive or Industrial Coating
• Strong Swedish Language Skills in Speaking and Writing
Preferred Qualifications:
• Vocational Training in Automotive or Industrial Programs
• Pedagogical Skills and Supervision Experience, e.g., as a Vocational Instructor
• Work Experience in Prison Services, Social Care, or Similar Fields
